Seeing some reports of winds....anyone there now to report how they are?
Hopeing for fireworks tomorrow night. Plane leaves in less than 14 hours!!

Remember though, it's the winds high up in the sky that matter, but if it's windy on the ground, you can be sure that it's even windier hundreds of feet higher. Oh and Doombugger??? Drizzling? Rain?? I think I might cry if that's the case. Not that rain is bad, but when you're done packing already and you hear rain that just really stinks! LOL

There is no rain forecast for next week. We only had a 10 percent chance of rain today. It was just drizzle. You'll be fine.

We were down there last night till it closed at Midnight. It gets chilly at night, so dress warmly. I usually have been wearing long pants, a long coat, long sleeve shirt and gloves. I also wear a scarf. It does get chilly there at night. Oh, I am so excited for you. you are going to have a blast!!

The wind picked up drastically in the last few hours up here in the high desert, not sure what it's like down there on the coast, hopefully the wind behaves for you tomorrow and you get to see your fireworks!

Ditto the dress in layers and plan for colder weather. We were there all day today. Came home earilier than planned becuase we didn't dress warmer. It was cold and we are from So. CA. Very crowded parks too both DL & DCA but it was the last Saturday for AP deluxe before we are blacked out on Saturdays so that might have had someting to do with it plus the TONS of cheerleaders too. Not to hijack your thread...

Have a fun trip! We missed the fireworks a few times because of the weather and it was a bummer but still had a great time.

I live 15 min. from DL and unfortunately there are very strong winds currently, so unless there is a dramatic shift in weather I doubt there will be fireworks tonite. . . . .
