Anyone done NVQ's

Hi

Has anyone on here done NVQs.

I'm currently doing level 3 in business admin but I understand the key skills are the same regardless of course.

Just wondered if anyone had done numercy level 2?

I've completed all the maths part but just wanted some advise regarding the airy fairy way they "talk" about it afterwards!

What did you do?

How do you report your findings and why did you chose that way?

Aaarggh I've done the maths (& shown my calculattions) why do I need to explain in so many different ways how I got the answer!

Any advise would be gratefully recevied.

I've done customer service level 3, I did a presentation on a new way to improve service, but I can't answer your question sorry.

Ive done B&A level 2 a few years ago, and it done my head in how to word it all.
