Anyone done a long term rental at WH?

I am looking at a long term rental preferably at Windsor Hills next year (2010). Probably for the calendar month of March. If anyone has done a villa rental, do they offer discounts? We are thinking we need at least a 4 bedroom as we will be having family and friends down to visit us. I would be interest in what a good price would be, including pool heat and taxes.

We did 4 weeks in a 6 bedroom villa in Nov/Dec 2007. I thought that the rate was fantastic. We are going back in September this year although only for 12 nights and have decided to go back through the same owner as the rate again was really good. And also because the villa was fantastic and the owner really easy and friendly to deal with.

Do you mind sharing what you paid? I have no idea what kind of discounts are available for long term rentals. You can PM me if you would like.

P.S. My DS and his DGF arrive back in Canada after a year in Australia on Wednesday. We spent the month of August there visiting and can't wait to go back.

We just sold our home in Windsor Hills! I know alot of the owners there do offer discounts on long term rentals. Send out an inquiry and see what you get....right now with the economy home owners are struggling and are willing to give much better deals! Hope this helps!
