Anyone doing South Beach diet?

Just saw an article about this diet and it looks interesting. I just know I couldn't handle Atkins on a long term basis, but this one looked doable.

Any feedback from people who have tried it?

I believe my PM buddy Eva is doing South Beach.
Im sticking with my fruits, vegs, yogurt, etc but Im doing a lowfat/low cholesterol diet. For my health concerns I felt that Atkins allowed too much fat.
