Anyone do the Premium/Ultimate VIP Tour?

Our objective is to do: AK (FOP, twice if allowed) -- Epcot (Soarin, FEA) -- HS (SDD, TSMM, RnRC, TOT), and if time go to MK for SDMT, Splash (if not cold out), Pirates, HM & BTMRR.

Is all of this doable in 7 hours on Christmas Eve?

Yes. It is doable with a private VIP tour. You may even be able to get a few more rides in ... kind of depends on how fast you walk and other variables, but even with higher crowds that is a pretty manageable list.
