I see on allears they have changed the pricing and all. Can someone tell me if Fairy Godmother is only there for dinner, or is she there for breakfast and lunch to. Also is the picture included or seperate charge. It has me confused!
Thanks

We did the castle a few weeks ago. We did it for dinner and I have to say that we were very disappointed. So much so that I will be adding it into my letter to Disney. We had been there before it became a character meal and it was much better. I would still go if you want to experience eating at the castle but we will probably pass next time. That being said- you go in, Cindy comes down and takes pictures with the kids (This was the best part! The kids loved her and it made it worth the whole trip!) You go up to have your meal and the mice come and then the Fairy Godmother does a little show and that's it. No real character interaction. She does not go up to the tables to take pictures and neither did the mice. The service was also terrible. (We asked 3x for a booster seat and never got one). Then they give you the Cindy photos and a lithograph and send you on your way. I think next time we will do 1900 Park Faire. I don't mean to sound so negative about it but the first time we went to CRT it was truly magical and this time I felt like all they wanted was to get you in and out and the food was not very good either. JMHO. I hope this helps. If you have any questions feels free to PM me. princess:

My trip was from 04/25 - 05/02 of this year. We had lunch at the Castle w/a 2:10 priority seating. I was not thrilled either. The meals were things that I never heard of (I guess much to fancy for me), they were very good & well explained on the menu, just different. You received a package of pictures & magic wand or sword, and a "wishing star" - they were "included" in the price of the meal (not optional). I believe for the 3 of us (2 adults & 1 child) the price, before we tipped, was around $106.00.
Cinderella was in the lobby for pictures & that was the "included" picture you received (and 8x10 & 4 - 4x5's & an 8x10 of the castle also). Then inside when eating came out 4 other caracters (Wendy, Mary Poppins, Snow White & Princess Aurora) The time they spent w/our daughter was short enough for an autograph & photo & off they went.
They did do a cute thing w/the kids - they had them hold the wishing star in their hands(its one of those magnetic backed pins that when you turn the back magnet it will flash around the star) & waive their sword or wand & close their eyes to make a special wish.
It was a once in a lifetime thing, but not worth over $100!
They did
