Anyone decorate you hotel window and Door?

We decorate our door/windows/room every yr we go .. We do usually go around valentines day so it is easy but i will be doing it for all the rooms that will be there for valentines day and i will be doing some for everyone's for the wedding..And of course i will be doing ours.


As to the question of getting trashed .. The last time we went we put the Tinkerbell and Donald dry erase magnet boards on our door that we got at the dollar store. well they were written on nothing bad lots of Hi's and love the decorations. i have never had our stuff touched in a bad way.

I am not married yet so I didn't decorate for a wedding but I did put a sign in the window during my planning session. I don't think I can decorate for the wedding. My DF thinks its corny...LOL. he is a bum. If you look at Lynn5700's TR she decorated her window for her wedding and it was so cute!

this is what we did for our 10yr anniversary
I made magnets on the computer & stuck em to the door..no one messed with em
& the day of you anniversary i printed out a sheet(see below) & hung it on the door with a few markers for people to sign....it was "value season" so we only had a few, but it was kinda neat!!

We always decorate our windows with our figment friends. We are really corny...we have one for each of us (mine has the ballerina skirt) and then we have 3 little ones...one for each of our cats. so when we get married in addition to our figment friends I also purchased a banner from Oriental Trading...I just got it actually it is made of really nice vinyl so every year on our anniversary if we can make it to disney we can bring it with us. For $16 you cant go wrong not to mention all of the other great wedding stuff they have. Here is the link:

We decorated our door on the ship for our honeymoon. I took the Mickey's that are the Disney paint samples from home depot and cut them out. I got white and black. I made a top hat for the "groom" mickey's and for the bride mickey's I did a veil. I also made a door hanger that we have hanging on our door at our house today. It was a ton of work but alot of fun. I will have to search and see if I have pics on my other computer.
