Anyone currently stay at VWL - 1 bedroom

This will be our first time staying at VWL in a 1 bedroom. I would love to see some current pics... Our home resort is SSR. We love it, but we have always wanted to stay at VWL...we are very excited!!

Sorry no current pictures, but we just go back from VWL on wednesday. Love the theming of the resort. Some say it's a little dark, but we'd have a cabin in the woods if we didn't like Disney so this is a good fit. We've stayed at most of WDW DVC properties and like them all but VWL really feels like home. Also enjoy taking the path the campground for runs and walks. Last put in a request to get a unit on the top floor with the vaulted ceiling in the living room. Not sure if all the fifth floor rooms have it or just the ones off the elevator. Just google for VWL pictures. Also our room was in almost new condition. No mold or missing grout in the bathroom tiles, appliances worked, etc. also LCD TVs.

Also the geyser by the pool goes off every hour on the hour. It's fun to watch if you catch it.

We were there in a 1 bedroom for 8 nights in October. It was great, everything was in fine working condition and when we noticed that we didn't have a sponge for dishes my DH mentioned it at the Front Desk on his way to grab coffee and it was delivered before he got back. Also, while we were there, we noticed them rehabing several rooms....painting, new linens etc...so it was really great to see that kind of upkeep. We loved it!
