Does anyone have any experience with this?
We booked our holiday at a Virgin store on 21 Feb and sent off our Clubcard vouchers straight away special delivery as instructed by Virgin. We then received an invoice in the post a couple of days later which didn't show we'd paid the £1050 in clubcard vouchers yet, but didn't worry as Virgin had told us we'd first receive this, then an updated invoice showing our voucher payment. They didn't specify how long it would be before we got the updated invoice, and we still haven't received this, so my question to anyone who's done this before is, how long should it take? I may have to go and ask Virgin soon as I'm getting worried
