Anyone booked Cartier within the last day?

I tried booking two different reservations through Cartier yesterday morning. Their website states that you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, but I've not heard back yet. I also emailed them asking if they received my request, and still haven't heard from that, either.
I have a couple months until I need to use them, but now I'm second-guessing myself as to if I used a good server. When follow-up is not as stated initially, I begin to question everything in the future.
So, has anyone tried booking online within the last day or two? Did you receive a reply back? The only reason I went with Cartier was that they were cheaper from both the airport and then from our resort to CityWalk during the week. We are saving at least $40 total for both reservations, and since I only want to eat at Margaritaville in CityWalk (the only reason we're going there), that amount would pretty much pay for our meal (there's 3 of us).
Anyhow, just looking for some reassurance.

I may be booking with them for our January trip, so I am interested as well. All the services have a 800 number, have you tried that to confirm they recieved the email?

I haven't tried recently, but I booked in May for my October trip and I received my e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, and then when I had an additional question I received an e-mail response almost immediately.

There could be legitimate reasons for not receiving a reply, like a server issue, I would call down and speak directly to someone to verify if they received your reservation.

I recommended them to my Mother for her December trip and she prefers to call rather than do anything online and she felt that the service she recevied on the phone when making the reservation was excellent.

Yay! I finally got my email confirmations. You're right - it was a cyber issue. The time on the emails was 9:50pm, but they didn't show up in my mailbox until this afternoon.
So, book away! The confirmations were clear, concise, conversational, and pleasant. I have absolutely no worries now!

Wonderful, good for you. I'm still kind of torn between Cartier and Yourride. Yourride so far, is the cheapest for the five of us in a van. But Cartier sure is getting alot of great reviews lately on the Dis!

Cartier is our favorite. We've used Tiifany twice, Happy Limo, and Cartier.

Cartier was not only on time, but early - that's a big thing with me. The drivers were very professional, pleasant, and friendly - and actually made conversation.

Not to mention that they were the least expensive for a towncar.
