Hi All, we have gone as some pretty large groups in the past but we have never all booked together, have any of you? We thought it would be cheaper but its really not looking that way :confused3 . I thought Disney offered group discounts or did I just get an unhelpful CM on the phone?? She just told me to phone ICT and Great days for quotes....both of whom were very helpful but the prices they were quoting were more expensive than is currently available on the website and there were all sorts of conditions......for instance we couldn't book Admiral's Floor lakeside :confused3 it had to be the group rooms, whatever they are? Anyone know?
Also group bookings can only be a maximum of 4nights and 5 days.....again, why? We would get every 20th person free but would have to pay for all the kids, so that really wasn't a saving!
Should I phone back? Or should I just tell everybody to book their own accommodation quickly before Sept 30th
What do you thin?

Thank you
Kaye

Ps I should tell you its to celebrate a few very big family birthdays - it started off with only a 60th and a 21st :rotfl2:

Kaye, I knew before I read who had posted this that it would be you :) have you tried the shareholders number? Maybe they would know? The amount of people we have converted into DLP goers, we should be getting commission from disney!! :rotfl2:

Hi Donna, I did wonder about trying the shareholder's club, especially as Liz is now a shareholder too :rotfl2: ...hope that's a sign she enjoyed her holiday with us :thumbsup2.
Funniest thing ever though Donna! On Friday when i was off with this awful cold the official website would let me book Sept 2013 with the 40 % off but today it won't :confused3 The offer is only on till the end of march.....maybe i should wait for the next offer ?

16 or 17 now? I am so excited for you

Yeah the offer seems to only be on until the end of March? Maybe wail till the next offer? At least its a while away yet. 2 weeks tomorrow :-)

Hi Kaye, have you tired the guys over at DisneyLink. They might be able to get you a better group rate.
Here is a link to their Group Bookings page.
