Anyone book the WL with an email or postcard code?

I was wondering if anyone was able to book the WL using a code from either an email or from a postcard.

If so would you let me know your dates. I was trying for the third week in June, and all they had were suites and nothing was discounted.

I have 3 rooms booked for July 2 - 10. All with an email code. Only one room is std. view. I wanted all 3 for std. view at $124(I think). The other 2 are woodsview for $137 (I think). I have been calling every 2 days and checking for std. view and nothing is available. Good luck to you !!

How do you get email codes? Trip is June 4-12. Waiting on some sort of codes...

In our case, it just materialized !! One day, there it was in the inbox !! Really wish I could tell you how to increase you chances, but I am clueless as to how they select people !! Very best luck to you and everyone anxiously waiting a code !!

Less than two years ago I received a postcard for deluxe resorts. With that we booked WL for the last of August 2003. We booked standard, but were upgraded to a court view.

We are going with friends who received a postcard and were also unable to get a room at the WL for June 18-25. We ended up pushing our trip to the following week just so we could get the discount at the resort we wanted. If you can play with your dates a little, you might be able to find something. Good luck!
