Anyone been to the Bob Carr Theater?

I hope this is the right forum to post this question on. Have any of you been to the Bob Carr Theater? I may be going to an event there soon and I have never been to this theater before. Is it a nice theater? Are there any special sections I should sit in like balcony versus orchestra seating...? Is it hard getting to Downtown Orlando and how is parking there? I found the website for the theater but would like to know more information and people's opinions on this theater. BTW, here is the website:

I have been there several times - last time in September to see "Starlight Express".

Seating area would depend on the cost of the ticket. I usually sit in the balcony area, not the orchestra.

There is a parking garage next door (not sure of the cost). What I did this last time was paid for the Valet parking at the Marriott across the street - very convenient.

Where are you coming from?
