Anyone been parasailing in Dec.?

We're thinking of a trip in December, and my DF and I have wanted to try the parasailing out on the lagoon in front of Poly, CR, and GF. Is it too cold to go in Dec.? Do they still offer parasailing at that time of year?
 
My GF and I have the same question if anyone knows.... :)
