Anyone been able to access your reservation on the new site?

As of this morning I'm still getting the old site on Chrome and no trouble pulling up my reservation.

Thanks everyone for the input. Still can't get on and stay on when I leave the home page. Glad I do not have excursions etc to reserve!

On Safari, I got the new site but could not get into my reservation. I switched to Chrome and the old site came up and I was able to get my reservation to come up.

dglibit, that is the only way I can stay on also. I use my husbands computer ( which is just like mine) and I get the old site and can maneuver the site without having it sign my out.

Are you going on the Dec 4, 2015 out of Galveston? We are ( 12 people - two sons with families and my mom)

Im still getting the old website... but I can still view my reservations but it makes me put in my confirmation number and birthday each time I log in

Help! Where can I put in the FLR (Florida Resident) code to check to see if a discount is available? That was very easy to do on the old site, but I don't see a place to check on the new site.

Thanks, Little Doe, y'all too! Sorry for the thread hijack but would love to hear about any pre-trip planning and share about our cruises afterwards! :)

I am currently using Chrome, the new site pulled up for me, and I was able to access my reservation by signing in and going to the Castaway Club area of the site.

I am using Chrome and get onto the new site. It asked me to update some info (security questions) but it errors out (400 bad request) when I try to see my reservation. Tomorrow is 90 days. I tried it in MS Edge and it came up with the old site and I can see my reservation.

I am sorry this is going on when you are 90 days out ( if you are trying to make reservations). You can call Disney and they can sign you up.

thanks! Im so used to seeing my reservations every time I log into the disneyworld site that it was freaking me out that my reservations disappear everytime on the Disney cruise site!
Yeah, I think it's a pain in the neck to have to remember (or always keep on hand) my reservation number for logging into my reservation. Once you've cruised once, it's a little easier, since you can log into the Castaway Club site using just your email and password, and then click on "view your previous cruses" then your current booking are also displayed there. Then you can just click on the reservation number directly.

I've just tried on Internet Explorer and it worked. I have been able to create a profile on My Disney Experience with it.

It's nice. I like it.
