Anyone been able to access your reservation on the new site?

New site? What do you mean? I just checked disneycruise.disney.go.com and logged into the Castaway Club and I saw my reservations. Is there a new site and they've kept the old simultaneously?

I'm able to see my reservations without any problem.

Yes, DCL apparently has a new website. Unfortunately, not all of us can see it. Many of us still are being directed to the old site.

I have the new site and was able to access my reservation. The site still seems to be glitchy because yesterday I kept getting the Stitch ate your page error screen.

I was able to access my reservation on the new site this morning without an issue. Hopefully it works for OP soon.

I can access the new site on Edge but not on Chrome, Firefox or from my phone.

Are you trying to access through upcoming cruises through Castaway Club login, our with your reservation number and your birthday? First time I tried the new site Castaway Club showed my past cruises, but upcoming one just showed a "please wait". The next day I tried using reservation number and birthday and that worked (but seemed even slower than normal)

New site is very slow. I do not like the new way of searching for a new cruise, either. Takes a long time and when trying to press the check off boxes for options, it does not always work.

I got in via the new site, but once I logged in to the CC section, everything looked the same as the old site. Reservations pulled up fine.

Got in fine to view our reservation but the site was a bit slow.

I go back and forth between the old and new site and I haven't been able to access my reservation since the first day the new site went live

When I log on ( on the new site) and am on the first page, I stay logged on. But when I try to access my accounts or Castaway Club, the site kicks me back off and I am not logged in. Someone who has the new site -- how did you log on to get your reservations?? Thanks


Also to CM dad, how did you get to a page where you put in your reservation and birthday? I can't get to that page.

I was able to access my reservation on the new site without any issues this morning.

I go to "My Disney Cruise ---> My Reservations" or "My Disney Cruise ---> Castaway Club ---> My Cruises". I'm using Chrome and Safari.

Thanks Bree, I am doing the same but it cuts me out each time. I am using Safari. I will keep trying

Try Chrome. I find that sometimes Safari doesn't play well with others!

I did try Chrome on my husband's computer and was able to get on ( but it came up on the old site) Strange that mine would bring up the new site and his the old -- guess it was a Safari vs Chrome deal???
