Anyone back from the parks today?

Just curious how the crowds were...My brother and his family are arriving tonight, and I tried to prep them quite a bit -- fast pass, EE, PS, the works....But I'm nervous for them, that they will be hitting crazy crowds. Thye'll be in the parks Fri - Mon. Please tell me what waits were like for rides and meals and how quickly fast passes were going. (Last time they were there was Oct. after Sept. 11 and they had the park to themselves practically so they may be in for a shock!)
