I am hoping to go next mothers day, what are the crowds like? We have done late September for the past few years but this year we need to accomidate our dd bday which is April, but I will wait till May to aviod the spring break crowds. Any updates?

I was there and found the crowds to be very managable. The weather was amazing too! High 80's to low 90's, but much less humid than Sept.

I was there. We did Magic Kingdom in the morning and Epcot in the evening. We were able to get FPs for Soarin' around noon with a return time of 5:30pm, so not too bad at all. We did a bunch of stuff in the morning at MK...we basically had the park to ourselves until 11ish, at which point we decided to hop over to Epcot. All in all an excellent day. Make sure to have dining ressies though...we had a lunch reservation at Rose and Crown, but all the walk-ups were turned down.

We were there last year on the day after Mothers Day....the parks were great....We went to EPCOT on Monday....was able to ride everything we wanted with little to no wait....the went to MK on Tuesday and did the same thing. At 7pm on MK day, we had been on every ride we wanted to go on, and found ourselves wandering around trying to figure out what we wanted to do before finding a spot to watch the fireworks. The weather was perfect, not to hot and to our surprise...no rain either day.

We also did MK in the morning and Epcot in the afternoon. Crowds weren't bad at all! We walked into the Davy Jones Epcot concert about 15 min before showtime and there were still seats available. The weather was great, although a bit hotter than I like it. And we got carnations for Mother's Day as we went into MK. That made my day!:flower3:

I was in Animal Kingdom on Mother's Day. It wasn't too bad. I'd say waits on KS were no more than 40 minutes all day and FP's were available all day. I didn't check out EE again since I rode it first thing and I didn't check out KRR since I was going home that day and didn't want to get soaked.

Animal Kingdom also gave away the carnations when they opened. That was a nice touch.
The weather was warm but not too humid.
