Anyone at the Boardwalk right now??

We leave in 3 days for our first stay at BWI (not the airport ) and I'm wondering about:
*Construction status. . .we'll be in a standard room (unless, of course, some pixie dust comes our way
*Weather. . . showers every day? Around what time and for how long?
*Crowds. . . in general, how busy is the resort, pools, parks?
