Anyone at PPH? Wondering about new elevator system...

I'll be staying at The Paradise Pier Hotel in about a week and I'm curious if the kinks/delays have been worked out for the new elevator system... Thank you!

We were there 11/15 through 11/20. We had a terrible time with it the first half of our trip but it did seem better the second half. Hard to say for sure though since we continued to take the stairs for our morning trips out (except when we checked out with luggage). I do highly suspect the main reason for the improvement was the later park close times as the week wore on, so people were more spread out returning.

We stayed there Veteran's Day weekend and thought it worked fine. Some people were super confused on how to use it, but we had it figured out and found it super handy!

Thank you, we will be staying there next December. At least this will give me a heads up for what to expect when we are there.
