Anyone actually receive the new planner?

We finally received ours on Saturday! I haven't really had a chance to sit down and go through it but I'm impressed so far just flipping through the pictures!

Got mine yesterday in northern VA (DC suburbs)...love the magnet! Has my m'ship number on it which will save me looking it up each time I call MS! Yay for DVC!

Ok, I got mine last week....but what magnet? I didn't notice a magnet? Is it hiding somewhere?

I didn't see mine either...and fortunately I still have the envelops it came in. Sure enough, inside the envelope was a little folded paper with the magnet inside...personalized with my name and my membership number...hope you didn't throw yours away. It wasn't a great way to package it...many of us missed the insert. Had it not been for the dis...mine would be in the landfill!

WOW! Thanks....I didn't realize it was a magnet...I thought it was a sticker and had just thrown it away when I read this. Hung it on the fridge, hopefully DH seeing it every day will get 'inspired'!!

Same here! I almost threw it away. I would have been so diasppointed.

Oh well. Trash day was Friday morning and our magnet is well on it's way to the landfill.

By some stroke of luck, I hadn't thrown out the envelope yet (truly amazing when you realize that I got it a week ago...I just haven't cleaned off my desk in a while... ) so I looked in and lo and behold...it was there.

Agreed...a terrible way to package it.

2 questions about new planner? There is a picture of like a giant sancastle by a pool with a slide coming out of Mickey ears. What resort is this?

Other question. When looking at the 3 BR Grand Villa for AKV what is the room next to the Master? At first I thought it was a dining room but then I saw that over by the 2nd BR. It looks like a pool table or something.

I don't have the planner yet, but that pool is the sand castle slide at OKW.

The AKV room next to the master is a game room. In the Jambo house units, it has a pool table.

We just closed at BCV a the end of October 2007 and have just received our first planner this month.

I think that they are all sent out at the same time of year (we are in Scotland!). It's a lovely glossy book with resort photos, points charts and all sorts of info. I think everyone gets a new one each year, but I don't think it depends on when you bought.

Maybe someone more experienced can tell us when the planners are usually issued?

Got our planner a couple of weeks ago but the USPS rolled the envelope the "wrong" way, breaking the spine and wrecking it. Also the envelope was half torn off so my magnet was long gone.

I love our mail carrier! She didn't even try to stuff it in our mailbox - she ran it up to our door!

The magnet is on a "Membership is Magical" card (which has a nice note on the inside) so someone at DVC must have gotten the message that members weren't finding them in the envelopes. This card would be hard to miss!

It is a beautiful planner.

Yeah! At least YOU are in the central area, Chuck, so maybe we'll be getting ours soon too! Mail isn't here yet today, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.
