Anyone able to get thru to Member Services

Nothing but busy signals on the 800-800-9800 number this morning. Are there any other numbers or ways to connect with them? Just trying to make dining reservations.
 
Been trying for the past three days and failing. Only time to I got through was when I called a few minutes too early, and they were still closed.
 
I tried yesterday for hours and just started again today. I've called easily 300 times and busy (actually fast busy - or the technical term is "reorder." It's with all trucks are busy rather than the actual station or phone.
 

I got through about 1 hr 15 mins ago, because that's how long I was on hold.
 
Just got through on my 363rd (!) Try over the past 3 days. Now I'm on hold and it said expect wait time of 60 minutes
 
I must have gotten lucky. I tried 5 times and got through to be on hold for an hour.
 
I emailed them and they responded the next day. But they didn’t fix my park reservation issue.
 
Unreal... I am on my third day of calling... hundred of attempts per day (thank you redial). I bet if I call Sales, they will answer on the first ring! Disney already has our money so simply doesn't care or they would have other means to reach Member Services such as a call-back feature initiated via email or text.
 
I got through...117 re dials later and one hour on hold....Had a list of my questions...tried to cover everything in one call..but alas I will be calling on the 28th to buy tickets..ug
 
I am on hold after many, many attempts. It stated there would be a 55 minute wait. 30 minutes on hold so far....

I did call sales yesterday and I was connected with someone within 20 seconds. Go figure!
 
Just dialed in a dozen times before I finally got past the busy signal. They told me approx. wait time would be a 40 minutes. Exactly at the 40 minute mark I got through to a CM. But now the website is down.
 
Can someone currently on hold ask if borrowed points are currently (as of today) being unborrowed?

Please? Pretty please? C'mon you know you're just sitting there on hold reading this :o
 
Well APs extended and park passes reserved. I didn't expect to drop AP $$ today, but after all of the cancelling and rebooking with our kids this year, I couldn't bear not doing everything we could to make sure we get into parks for our March trip. They have been so understanding especially for 7 and 4 years old. Keep at it folks and good luck!

I cancelled and unborrowed my reservation 2 hours ago. Will have to wait till middle of next week for points to reflect correctly in my account tho. Their system mass transfers those borrow points once a week.
 
Have been trying for five hours now and can't get past the busy signal. Last week I called, got right through with a 13 minute wait. What changed?
