I am having the hardest time! When I ordered my AP 2 weeks ago I specifically asked if I could access the passholder site with a voucher and was told yes.
So I get the voucher in the mail, go directly to the computer and the numbers on the back of my voucher don't match up to what they give you on the site. I am soooo frustrated. I emailed Disney with the problem and it took 6 days to get a response that doesn't even address the problem. So this morning I called and got transferred 3 times and they said they would get back to me in a few days!

Has anyone here had the same problem?

You need an activated AP ticket to access the AP portion of the website.

I don't think so because when you hit the "Help my find my passholder ID and Login" on the passholder home page it says that
"You must have a valid Pass or Exchange Certificate"
And that is what I have. I'm stumped.

I just ordered my AP on Monday, called for the voucher# on Tues, and logged in to the AP site later that day, no problems. Corrosponding to the boxes for log in, in the first section there are letters, then three numbers, then two numbers for each of month, day and year purchased, then they gave me a ticket # which I put in the last box. Im not sure if this will help you any. Good luck.

I have been able to log in with our Exchange Certificate. Unfortunately the numbers are not in the same order on the back of the certificate as they are on the website login.

As Poohgirl said, there are 3 letters, the date and then another group of numbers for the login. On our certificate our numbers were on the top left corner of the cert. I think it has "#" in front of it. So look for the 3 letters and these are your letters, the date on the back of the cert and then the last set of numbers should have a "#" in front of them. They will most probably not be directly after the date.

After we ordered ours, (we renewed our AP's) I was still able to use the old numbers and then one day it would not accept them. I pulled out the certs and deciphed the code and put that in, which worked. The letter will be something like "WEC" or "WDW" or something along that line. Check the drop down menu for the letter portion to see if there is anything like the ones listed on your exchange certificate.

Hope this helps.

I was able to use my exchange certificate to logon to the Passholder's website and then to book an AP-discounted room using the Best Rate Program. I used hte info on Mary's MouseSaver website to help me figure out how to do it. Here's a direct link to the info I used (it's near the bottom of the page):
