Nobody replied on a different thread, so I will try here...
I just called to book 3 seperate "Grand Gathering Experiences". I got none of them booked !!! The Fireworks Cruise for the 4th of July was completely booked up !! I was told to call April 5th for the 4th of July but decided to check in today to see if I could do it today. Only availability was 7/2, 7/3, 7/9 and 7/10. So, I said that those were only weekend days and was this only available on the weekends....the CM had no idea. Said she thought the cruises were Sat, Sun, and Mondays. GG Breakfast at Tony's was only available 2 days a week and neither day will all 10 of us be there simultaneously. Donalds Breakfast: Can't seat all 10 of us until 9:50 am !! If we split up we can eat early she said (kind of kaboshed the Magical Gathering vibe IMHO). WCC we could all eat at 9:20 pm - not thinking that the kids will love that !! This CM, though extremely polite, acted as if the building was on fire and she had to leave. She could not get off the phone fast enough. I appreciate that there are other people waiting but when you are trying to make reservations for 10 people, getting none of them, and trying to go over everyone's alternate dates it is a bit difficult to figure out what to do when all you hear is "Is there anything else I can help you with today" everytime I took a breath !!
My big question : What is up with the cruise and is there any point to calling back ? Has anyone been able to book the 4th of July Grand Gathering Magical Fireworks Voyage ???? How important are PS ?? What is the likelihood of showing up and getting tables at places like Donald's Breakfast or Whispering Canyon ?? Is WCC so popular that it will be hard to get a table there ??
