Anybody wanna do an Over and Under?

People just don't read first. Story of all forums.

I'm establishing the over and under at 22. Period ending in 72 hours.

This one doesn't count!

I have noticed a lot of instances lately where people have not been reading threads first, or have been reading just the OP before responding, when clearly the thread has already moved on.
