Prices are coming out much cheaper than Thomson - anybody used Kenwood Travel before?

We used them last Xmas and are using them again this year :goodvibes The price is almost half what other companies were quoting and we have never had any problems with them. I would definitely recommend them :thumbsup2

ooh thanks Jenuk. Do you usually book in advance? we are going oct 2015 so wondering how soon I can book.

Thanks 2Tiggies I've also looked on trip advisor generally they have good reviews. It's a shame when you have a bad experience especially when it involves Money. I'm still in research mode at the moment not sure how early I can book for Oct 2015. The sooner the better cuz I am driving my dh crazy :)

Disney, Virgin and Complete Orlando usually have their prices and brochures out for the following year by late April so you should be able to book within about 6 months

We booked 18 months in advance when we went in October 2012. I booked with Cinder's Mum on The Dibb, she is a Travel Counsellor and absolutely brilliant.:)

Another agent to think about is Travel City Direct which is now Virgin but cheaper I believe.

Oooh, oooh .... do they sell blenders? :hyper::hyper::hyper:

On a more serious note (if I can manage it, thanks to Bridgey who started this all) Travel City Direct had some pretty good prices when I was looking earlier this year. I think quite a few folk on here have used them

Haha more chance of getting to Disney with them than morphy Richards I suppose

They don't make upright vacuum cleaners do they? I was just thinking if you went for Halloween and needed a broomstick with more power .....

Apologies to the OP for derailing the thread and turning it into a domestic affair

I've not used them, but I've looked at their prices before, and they seemed not too bad?!
Are you looking to stay onsite?

Is there a particular reason you wanted to book a package?

You may find its cheaper to book flights and accommodation separately.:goodvibes

Yeah looking at on site, at the moment. I have just always done package before and would be nervous doing diy. We are looking at :

2 adults
1 child age 7
17 Oct 2015 or whatever the Friday dAte is then I can only price up to 2014 at the moment.
AOA
No car
Got to fly direct

I know it's about 400 quid extra for mod resort with ddp but I've read mixed reviews about the ddp and we are having a few days at universal and sea world. Also cuz dd only 7 and her first visit, a themed hotel would be awesome for her.

I wouldn't rule out flying indirect if the price is good, we flew with US Airways last year via Charlotte (and are again this year) and it was as easy as anything. Plus, you clear immigration at the first airport which means when you land at MCO you are out of there very quickly :goodvibes

Thanks JenUK, DH hates flying so we have to have just 1 flight :)
