We just returned from a week in the World and while there enjoyed some gluhwein (glow wine) at the Germany "Holiday Cheer" kiosk. Neither DH or I can remember the brand name. If anyone can tell me I would so appreciate it.

This may not be the same thing, but the German Pavilion sells the Valkenberg Maddonna brand Reisling wine. White wine, a little sweet?

in Germany they pronounce it "glu vine".

Homemade:

cinnamon sticks
chopped apples and orange
cloves
red wine(california or german wine)

simmer in a pot, strain off solids. serve hot. add a shot of sugar or rum.
