Anybody there now can confirm if Space is already closed?

I'm helping a friend plan a trip to DLR and she is leaving tomorrow. It´s her family's first trip to DLR and, unfortunately, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Space and California Screamin will be closed during her stay (she bought airfare before checking first)
I know the refurbishment schedule has Space Mountain closing starting 09/09, but looking at the park hours calendar on Disney's website it says it's not going down until 09/12. Can anybody confirm this? Will it be open tomorrow at least?

The official calendar on dl.com is usually right. I can see on 3rd party sites that it has a wait time so that would indicate people are riding it right now.

I asked today. The castmember said it will be down monday and reopen friday.
