Hey Marce..let us know if you learn anything..we were wondering about Polo as well..

I haven't stayed there but here's what I can find out so far. It's rated a 8.37 on TUG and 8.9 on TST.

It has no planned activities and appears somewhat nice but it's largest asset is the location. It's the only II timeshare that's in walking distance to the Casinos and appears to be located well. It is walking distance to some of the newer casinos such as MGM, Paris and Bellagio. Kitchens are minimally equipped.  No view for rear units. Although there apparently is a free continental breakfast. It doesn't appear that the studio has a kitchen at all but I can't be certain on that one. I know it's sometimes possible to upgrade at the resort to a 1 BR and I think it's a pretty nominal fee of $25-30 per night.

In a town where very nice rooms tend to be dirt cheap (on the surface anyway), It doesn't make sence to stay at a timeshare that's out of town and where you'd need to be driving. Far easier to drive everywhere at WDW than in LV, especially on Fri and Sat nights. Most of the timeshares are out of town or at least not within walking distance.

You might also want to consider the Flaminago Hilton through a direct exchange or one of the smaller exchange companies. It's fairly close to the PT.
