Just made a last minute ADR for le cellier for dinner. I know lunch is more popular but has anybody tried the new dinner menu? :confused3

I haven't tried the dinner yet, with the new menu, but I have heard good things about it. :goodvibes
I hope you enjoy it and let us know how good it is.:thumbsup2

Tried it at the end of May, all was very good. Had the fillet, didn't notice that much difference from the old fillet we had in December, but I'm sure if I ate both the lunch and dinner fillet on the same day (yup, like that's ever gonna happen!) I'd be able to distinguish them. The new risotto is much creamier and not hard like before. Some of the new apps are really good too, I actually got tempted away from my bowl of cheese soup! We tried the lobster salad, pricey but delicious, and the grilled asparagus, different but very good.

My DH and I ate there for our anniversary dinner. It was our first time eating there and we loved it! I had the Canadian Prime New York Strip and I added a side of the Baked Macaroni and Cheese...both were fabulous! DH had the Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon and the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup and was also very happy with his choices. I ate too much of the pretzel bread and had to get the Chocolate "Moose" to go (which by the way also good and so cute!) :)

Can anybody compare their experience at dinner now (as a "Signature" restaurant) and previously?

I'm wondering if Disney has upped their game or just their profit margin.popcorn::

I ate there the second or third night of the "new" menu. The heirloom tomato salad was very very good. The entree I had (venison) is no longer on the menu, but was also quite good---it had perhaps one too many flavors going on, but it was otherwise well-executed. The wine list was good, expensive but not ridiculous. At the time, I was pretty favorably impressed. Looking at the menu now, it seems to be just a little less interesting.
