Anybody know anything about BOXING equipment?

Happy Holidays..

DS-18.. big guy.. 6'3 240# wants a Heavy bag to do Boxing workouts at home.

I know alot about sports/workout equipment.. but this truly boggles my mind... my knowledge of Boxing equipment is zip, zilch..Zero!

So..

What does he need to complete a heavy bag workout?

Have you seen the new airbags which are supposed to be better for hands and bones?
