Anybody have issues downloading PhotoPass pics?

I've been trying to download our pictures all day and all I get are black images with the words " Invalid Image" in red. Never had this problem before downloading from PhotoPass. I've already sent an email to PhotoPass Support to see if they have any tips or can tell me what's wrong. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what you did about it.

We are having problems but it's a different one we got download and it downloads all the ones from our 2014 trip. I am waiting a few days and trying again if it doesn't work then I will be contacting support also.

I was having problems last night too. I had already downloaded most of our pictures, but there were a couple that were originally missing that Photopass Support was able to find for us, so I was trying to download those. All of them opened to a black screen - no error messages or anything. I was thinking it was user error (I'm not the most tech-savvy person), and was going to try again tonight.

I've only ever downloaded to my phone and it's working fine. Just downloaded today's pics a couple hours ago with no issues.
