we r considering dinner there but when i click on the menu it says to call? anyway was wondering what the menu was like
i have children who r 4 5 7 and picky...not sure if mexican would be too outlandish for their tastebuds....could they get simple things as well??
also was wondering if a 7:30 res would allow us to view illuminations

We just got back from our trip and we LOVED this place. It was our BEST meal of the whole stay. There are some pictures down in my signature. We highly recommend it. If you go on allears.net they have the menu.

La Hacienda is walk up only until after Oct. 15th, you can make an ADR for anytime after that.

Here's a link for the menu:

These are the kids' choices:
From $7.75
Beef Tacos
Chicken Tacos
Nachos
Chicken Tenders

Up until Thanksgiving, Illuminations is at 9 p.m., after that during the holidays it will be at 9:30. I have an ADR for 7:45 for the 9:00 show, I think perhaps 7:30 may be a bit too early to stay for Illuminations, of course I'm not absolutely positive about that, but if I were you I'd try to get a later ADR at 7:45/8:00 or so.

I ate at La Hacienda two weeks ago and loved it. They had only been open for four nights, and I thought it was fantastic. I had the tilapia, and it was really good.
