I do. Well, just one of them. The Phillies. Just everything about this team for the last 10 - 15 is just plain bad. Bad owners, no picthing, players in touble with the law, steroid abusers, no commitment to winning..... I root for the Florida Marlins and the Diamondbacks.

Love the Eagles, Kinda like the Flyers, and I hate basketball so I don't care about the 76er's.

How about you?

Well, what do you do when you live in a town with 2 home teams...Chicago....White Sox and the Cubs.

We are huge White Sox fans, season ticket holders and we actually get alot of grief from Cubs fans for it. Where we live the majority are Cubs fans.

The funny part is my DH LOVES baseball and will watch the Cubs and root for them. :confused3

I hate that they changed the name to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim!!!! Lame!!! It's toooo long. Anaheim has nothing to do with L.A. and L.A. has the flippin' Dodgers!!

OK...I'm done venting. ;)

I grew up in Boston and despise the Red Sox. It all goes back to prior management and I just never got over it. :)

We loathe the Ravens. Granted, we're Pittsburgh natives and we remain Steelers fans, but still......that's not it. The Ravens fans are unusually rude to Pittsburgh fans (reminds me of the old Browns & Steelers attitude of years ago). The Ravens fans are always on to whatever the Steelers are doing, yet people in Pittsburgh hardly have the Ravens on their radar. We think that the Ravens are jealous of the Steeler Nation, and we've been saying this well before last year's superbowl season. Baltimore is a baseball town, and Pittsburgh is a football town. That's just the way we see it.

We can't wear our Steelers gear without getting rude comments. We've been sworn at for wearing black and gold, which is uncalled for. We've heard from other Steelers fans that the Ravens stadium is the worst place to attend an away game because of how rude the Baltimore fans are to the Steelers fans. They say that they never get level of nastiness in any other away game. :confused3

That said, we like the both the Orioles and the Pirates. We also enjoy going to local minor league baseball games and cheering for the O's teams.

I can't stand the Yankees. But I grew up in Cleveland. I always root for thge Indians, Browns and Cavaliers.

Re: Ravens fans. I went to a Ravens/Browns game in Baltimore the first season that the Browns were back. Those fans were so obnoxious. When the Browns lost, this guy was yelling "I love it when the Browns lose". I yelled back "you have the Browns, your team is the Browns". Whatever.

Although I've been a Bruins fan since I was a kid, I hate what's going on with the team for the past decade or so.... The ownership and management just don't really seem to care. Love my Pats and Sox though! (Although I have to say the new owners and FO of the Sox has helped a lot - wish that'd happen for the Bruins!!)

I've lived in New England my entire life and I HATE the Red Sox. I only pretend to like them, since my dbf is a huge Sox fan.

To be quite honest, I'm getting sick of all professional sports teams, including the ones in my hometown. They're all a bunch of whining, greedy primadonnas.

That's why I don't like MLB. They're treated like gods around here. The other pro sports don't even get close to the same recognition.

I hated the Rams when they (and I) were in Southern California. :crazy2:

I am a huge baseball fan. Unfortunately, my home town is only Single A :sad1: The closest major league team is the Mariners and the only thing I like about them is their commercials. I cheer for the Angels (they were here as Triple A for awhile). I always get flack from other Canadians for not cheering for Toronto. I can't stand Toronto.

I grew up in the DFW area and to this day I still hate the cowboys!! I now root for the Houston Texans as I live close to Houston and I like Miami Dolphins (look at my username) even though they cant win a single game!

Heck no!!! :thumbsup2

I hate that my adopted home has no professional home teams. I just can't get all that worked up over the Class AA Savannah Sand Gnats. :rotfl: Well, at least the Charleston River Dogs (also Class AA) are an affiliate of the NY Yankees!

Yeah, I cannot stand the Wisconsin Badgers... :crazy2: :crazy2: :crazy2: :crazy2:

Don't have anything against the pro teams.

Not exactly the same thing, but I can't stand being expected to cheer for the football teams at the middle school where I teach. It's sad to say, but obviously there's some sort of anti-football potion in the water and our kids can't play! I feel sort of hypocritical going to pep rallies for the football team, knowing that if they manage to score, it'll be a huge accomplishment.

Hate the Tampa Bay Bucs, but use to love the Lightening until they started charging me more for regular season tickets then what my tickets were for the Stanley Cup Final games were. (And yes I went to all the home games including game seven :) )
