Two morons were ice fishing and not having much luck. Pretty soon a guy went by on a snow mobile and he had a whole bucket of fish on the back. One moron says to the other one "That's why were not catching anything ,we're not trolling!"

U.S. dolphin protection laws undermined. After years of sustained trade law challenges, the Bush administration decided to quietly implement a change to a “dolphin safe” labeling policy which Mexico had demanded as necessary to implement a GATT ruling. (Mexico had threatened a new WTO case if their demands were not met). On New Years Eve 2002, when few Americans were focused on policy matters, the Bush administration announced that it would change the “Flipper-friendly” tuna policy to allow the “dolphin-safe” label to be used on tuna caught using deadly purse seine nets and dolphin encirclement. This regulation is now being challenged in federal court.

Maybe I should try that. I can't seem to catch a stupid fish the other way! We've had a boat for 4 years now and have yet to catch a single fish. Poor me!

Dennis just got his fishing license today. He has gotten his license the past 2 years and never felt well enough to fish even once! He's talking a lot about it..............think this is a good sign that he's feeling better!! (good for him, but did I mention I hate fishing??!!) When we would go when the kids were little, Dennis and Kirk never caught anything.........give the girls a pole and watch out!! Dennis spent more time letting their fish go and re-baiting their hooks then actually having his pole in the water!!
