Anybody ever try the burger at Liberty Tree Tavern?

It is your typical table service style 8 oz Angus burger found at GFC, Kona etc. They can cook it to your desired doneness, I like mine on the medium rare side and it was perfect. I held the bacon, but here is a picture

Wow, thanks so much for this! I am a hopeless burger junkie and am sure I'll enjoy this burger.

FYI - LTT - lunch menu

Angus Chuck Cheeseburger - topped with bacon and cheddar or mushrooms and provolone served with fresh fruit or tavern fries $12.99

I've had it twice and enjoyed it both times. I think it's a great burger!

I especially enjoy chasing with the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake. :)

The bacon cheddar buger at LTT is my husband's favorite burger at WDW. He generally won't even look at other burgers while we are on vacation if he knows we are heading to LTT for lunch during our stay. :rotfl2:

We love the LTT burger. It is huge, so DH and I always ask for an extra plate and we split it. Usually they divide it up for us (fries too) and bring it out that way. I love LTT.

No knocking your choice on what to eat, but I'm am wondering, why go to a set down dinner that serves the best turkey fixens on the property and order a burger, Paco's bills sells a great burger with all the fixens, What is the price differance? :scared1:

There is really not comparison between the burger at LTT and any of the counter service locations. It doesn't matter how much stuff you put on them for fixings, you need to start with a good burger.

BTW, as far as comparisons with B&C burgers go, we prefer the ones at the Dolphin Fountain.

I am loving all of the love that the LTT burger is getting. I can't wait to try it!!! :thumbsup2

I have to remember to check out the Fountain on our next trip since we'll be staying at the BW. Thanks for mentioning it!

Everyone can order and eat as they like, that's what makes dining out so great. I Still don't understand Why anyone would make reservations, sometimes hard to get reservations, than order a Hamburger, and pay extra, when you can get one most any CS places, and there all the same, Disney buys their burgers by volume and its the same ground meat, hopefully beef, all over the property, no matter where you get it. Maybe they get cooked a little differant, and add more this and that, but it's the same meat.

:yay:

Sorry, but have to disagree that the burgers are the exact same all over property no matter if its CS or TS. Having tried them in many places its very obvious that there is a difference. Absolutely no comparison between a CS burger and the one at LTT.

What do you feel they are mixing in with the gound meat to make it differant?

Next time you are there, ask where the meat comes from, than share with us.:surfweb:

We loved our burger at Le Cellier. I am looking forward to trying this one, as the picture looks very yummy!

(P.S) this is my first reply post. I am very excited to join the disboards:goodvibes
