if so was it an outpatient surgery or inpatient (how many days in the hospital), what was the recovery like and how long did the wound take to heal and not be so "ugly"? My dr. has requested I have this surgery and I need to have it done within the next month or two, so I am trying to get opinions and advice before I do it. He wants to do outpatient, but I think I would rather pay extra and stay a night in the hospital so I can be monitored overnight at least. Wonder if my insurance will cover an inpatient procedure that can be done in an outpatient setting? I had my CT scan done and it was $3515, but I only have to pay 489.00 of that, so a little over 1500 more to go before my deductible is met. UGHHHH!!!!
