I saw this term somewhere and wondered what it meant. I'd never heard of it. Do you get to watch from the castle? (that's a joke - just being silly) Anybody ever done this?

Thanks & God bless!

Last fall, there was a roped-off area on the edge of Tomorrowland for viewing firewords. This wasn't an especially great deal. Folks still had to stand. Can't say that I've noticed anything special for parades. Finding a spot to watch parades didn't seem to be as big a deal last week as it has in the past. We watched the parades in MK several times from the curb by the train station and from Frontierland -- without staking out a spot ahead of time!!! The central part of Main St. still seemed to clog-up. I don't understand why. Our view was exactly the same -- without the crowding.

I've done this...we were put in front of the castle but still facing it on benches on the bridge going over in to frontier land or adventureland I can't remember it was awhile ago. The area was roped off and that is where they did costume touch ups for the parade and the rope came down and the parade went right over the bridge!

We did this last April. Basically, my fiance was trying to work with Disney to come up with a cool way to propose... I guess they used to have an enagements department but no longer do. After awhile they lady talked to her manager and came back with this... that she had put us on the VIP list. There was one other family and I think one other couple there on the benches.

We didn't actually get engaged there... we got engaged earlier that day, but this was his surprise for me after dinner.
