Anybody else aggravated with tonight TV schedule (in NJ)

Normally Sunday is my favorite TV night. I watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition at 8, Desperate Housewives 9, then Gray's Anatomy at 10. Well, there's a football game on tonight so the schedule is all messed up. Desperate Housewives came on at 7pm, then Grays's Anatomy comes on at 11:30pm with Extreme Makeover coming on at 1:35 am (it's a 2 hour show). And they are all new episodes too. There is no way that I can stay up that late. Just seems like very bad scheduling to me.

The network has to get their money's worth by putting the football games on over their regular scheduled programing. Networks pay big bucks to NFL teams-so people like us who don't care for football suffer.

We're going to have the same problem (I think it's next Sunday here) in Pittsburgh when the Steelers play a Sunday night game. Just have to set the VCR to tape DH, I guess

yep, its a pain..plus the vcr doesnt work at my house so im missing my shows haha...ill feel better if the eagles lose!

I hope the Eagles lose too! But then again, I'm a Skins fan.

The shows all came on normally here though. Ex. Makeover at 7-9, then Desperate (even though I don't watch).

We have Comcast too. 6ABC is the station that those shows come on for us. I'm betting your in Northern Jersey right? I'm so far South I'm practically in Delaware. Plus 6ABC comes out of Philly and heaven forbid we miss the all important Eagles.

I don't think he's playing tonight, actually, now that I think about it. I'm pretty sure the commentators said that whoever it was that received the ball and made the touchdown for the Eagles was the guy that was in the game for Owens tonight.

They haven't said exactly what occurred but he and another player exchanged punches earlier this week over something. Then TO made some nasty comments about McNabb. From what I understand he was then told he had to apologize for his comments in public and in private directly to McNabb. He apologized publicly but wouldn't apologize one on one and they suspended him. I have had enough of his drama, but the Eagles knew his history before they brought him in, this shouldn't be surprise.
