Looks like a pretty good family resort. Any reviews? Me, DH, 6yo and 8yo DSs. We're thinking of 3-4 days in Orlando and then 5-6 days in St. Pete.

Been by it many times, but never stayed there. It's right up the road from my mom's. It has a great reputation!

I end up staying at Keystone on the beach down next to Hurricane or Plaza Beach/Bayview...I like the small family run places when I'm in St. Pete Beach.

Enjoy it...the beaches on the Gulf are so nice. There are some great restaurants in the area, Hurricane, Sea Critters and Woodys...casual and fun!

I stayed there when I was younger for a church camp. It is a really nice resort. Nice pools and I like the paddle boats. Its really pretty and I love the St. Pete beaches.

Thanks - we just found it through some internet browsing.....but it's always hard to know just how much exaggerating might be being done there. I'm glad to hear from a couple who are more familiar with it!

We stayed there 5 years ago and HATED it, it was dirty, the employees weren't that friendly and the beach was nasty. We were booked for 1 week and checked out after 2 nights and headed for Orlando. We couldn't wait to get there because it looked beautiful from the brochures but we couldn't wait to leave once we got there.
