Any Word on DAS for MMRR?

Assuming since it's opening with both FP+ and Standby available, I'm assuming you will be able to get a DAS return time for it? But I haven't heard anything "official".

It will be opening with both Standby and Fastpass available, so will have DAS.

Even those that open without using both lines still have offered DAS. For example, the 2 Star Wars attractions opened without using Fastpass. The Millenium Falcon ride used the current wait time for determining the DAS Return Time and then used the (closed) Fastpass line for entry. The newest ride requires getting a boarding zone time first, but when the time to ride comes, DAS is used to enter the Fastpass line, even though it is not in general use yet.
