Any with the Verizon Chaperone feature?

My dh called Verizon today to put the chaperone feature on my dd's cell phone. They told him he had to go online to set it up. Okay, we tried that but couldn't figure out where to do so. I'd go to the chaperone page, it would tell me to sign in, and then it would take me to the main verizon page. So dh tried calling. The first call he was put on hold 3 different times to talk with 4 different people and each one told him to hold while they found an expert on the chaperone. He finally hung up since we had to go somewhere. He just tried again, lady told him the same thing, put him on hold, and he was disconnected on their end. How can this be so tough and why don't these people know their product? Now he's on hold again................

Anyway, does anyone have this feature and remember how to set it up? I want to be able to track my dd's phone on my laptop.
