Any Windsor Hills Owners?

We are thinking of investing in a 3 berm townhouse in Windsor Hills. We’ve stayed in the complex several times and are thinking of buying something to use and to rent. Any experienced owners with info to share? Pros/cons? Obviously Covid is a con that couldn’t be foreseen but outside of that. Is it a good investment?

I looked up one on Zillow and saw that one that sold for $100,000 in 2011 is now for sale for about $265,000. Makes me wonder how low they will go during this downturn. There are many for sale right now (about 13), but I would guess that many more will hit the market soon.
