Hey! I know everyone gets some bad luck at times, and sadly it can happen in the best of places. Anything stupid, horrible or just plain annoying happen? Share it here. Anywho, here is my story:

So I was about six when my dad picked me up from school early and told me there was an emergency convention he had to go to and that we were going now!!!!!
My mom was there too and said we had packed up and were going away for a little bit.
Yup, I was all cool with it.
Although I had no mere idea where the heck we were going.
So we stopped for McDonald's and I started telling Mom and Dad I was nervous about this surprise, but thrilled to be going away for some time. Even though I was only six, I realized many kids were getting sick while others were becoming mean. I said how being away from pukers, sneezers and meanies would be great for me.
Then we got back in the car and I sat in the back and ate like a good girl
I was starting to feel amazingly, absolutely fatigued so I asked if I could sleep for a bit. As soon as I heard "yes" I blacked out.
After a quiet (sleepy) ride, I started hearing loud noises of a bell, shouting and car horns! I sat there with my eyes still closed, wondering where I was and why it had to so loud. I was about to scream, "QUIET!!!!!" when someone unbuckled me from my seat. It was my dad along with my mom and a DISNEY worker!
My little blue eyes got huge and I started running around the valet area! I was at the Grand Floridian! I was back after a few months! I immediately questioned if the conventions were in Orlando and the answer was "of course!"
I was full of energy when we checked in.
I was practically kissing the Holy ground that is WDW.
I man even gave me a flower.
We were led to our Lodge Tower Room and I was really happy.
We ate a nice dinner and during that meal I asked mom how many nights we would be here. She counted on all of our fingers to fifteen! OMG!
we were here for over two weeks!
The next morning I woke up to find my mouth filled with vomit. I was sick. Sick, sick, sick.
Ack, I felt horrid. Daddy went to the morning convention while Mom and room service checked in on me. I was feeling worse every minute. It was bad enough that I "brought back" all of that medicine that tastes bad enough the first time!
Turns out, I was sick for almost ten days. Near the end of my ill-period I was able to walk around the resort and just go to the GF Cafe and things like that. I was lucky enough to be able to take a monorail ride once or twice while feeling okay.
The next day a terrible line of storms slammed the state. About half of the conventions were going to be outside (it was spring) and were canceled. Because of weird scheduling, we had to add three more nights.
I was super glad, but then MY PARENTS WERE SICK!
I was stuck in the room for days.
I love WDW, but this had to be a super-sucky trip!
I still cry thinking about it
What happened with you guys?
