Any way to get an offer added to my reservation?

We have a trip in January and when the new offer came out to save up to 15% at value resorts, I tried to apply it but couldn't. I had my boyfriend call Disney and after being on hold for an hour they said they couldn't do it as all the rooms were taken . Is there anyway at all to get the discount applied or am I out of luck? Kinda bummed since I was waiting for a discount forever.

I think out of luck! The discounts come out and they have a certain number of rooms per resort that they offer the discount on and when they are gone, they are gone. Is there any possibility to switch to another resort that still has the rooms with some discounts?

Keep checking back. I have seen where there was nothing available and then something showed up. You can also switch to a different resort that does have the discount available. Good luck!

We have 4 rooms in January 2020 that I booked in January of this year - and I have been calling about getting discounts added. The more savvy cast members I"ve talked to have said to just keep trying back because people change their plans (especially around the 30 day mark). AND that Disney sometimes releases more inventory closer to check in if there are empty rooms.

And I've had some success - 3 phone calls have yielded discounts on one of the rooms of the 4.

Keep checking or, if you are flexible with resorts and room categories, see if there is anything in the discount inventory that appeals to you and modify your reservation. You really don't need to call to do this. Go on the WDW website and check discount availability. It changes constantly, so just keep checking.

Just keep in mind too that the discounts aren’t always a better deal. If they raised the nightly rate of the room between now and when you booked with the deal it would be 15% off the new rate. Depends where you are staying and when you booked. Some rooms had jumps, I think POP was one of them.

Have you checked online as a new booking to see if anything is available & the price difference? If it comes up I would book it online, and then cancel my existing.

Definitely keep calling. The same thing happened to me my last visit. As soon as the promotion was announced I called and "no". Called closer to the trip and got a "yes".

keep trying. I missed out on the Riviera visa offer at first, but got it yesterday.
