any way to contact guest services at one of the parks?

I have been asking about converting parkhopper plus tickets to the new MYW tickets on these boards and have received a little information. What I really would like to do is talk to someone who actually deals with this and can give me something to think about before I am standing in front of them holding up a line while I make up my mind. Is there any way to actually call and talk to one of the CM's at the guest service window?

I don't know how you'd get a phone number (check the Unofficial Guide, maybe?) but I can tell you from experience that the lines at Guest Services, especially at where was I? Right - Downtown Disney and Animal Kingdom seemed short or nonexistent. I mean, you wouldn't be holding up anybody whose job is other than to help Guests.

I can tell you when I tried to apply a still-valid Park Hopper pass toward the purchase of a new MYW pass, I was strongly encouraged by the CM to just use up the old ticket as is, then buy a new MYW pass.

It needs to be noted, though, that I was dealing with a ticket sales CM, and NOT one Guest Services.

That is interesting. I wonder if the CM was trying to help, or something else.

My main reason for wanting to convert was because since I need to buy new children's passes (we got out of whack because i bought these two adult passes for my DM and DF to use when we all went together a couple of years ago. NO, I do not need a lecture from anyone about me using their unused passes...--this comment is not directed at you, katieeldr, just the possble flame throwers!) these are the leftovers from DM and DF's passes. But I really don't think it makes that much differnence in the long run, so maybe I will think about listening to the CM's advice. Then I can prepurchase my kid's tickets and not stand in line, and save some money. We can all get on the same track later....

Good enough...thanks for commenting, it made me think about a different way of doing it-much easier....
