Any way to be able to use the new code if AAA is MIA?

Hi all,

Well I read about the new code on the boards yesterday and I've been trying to reach my AAA TA since then with no luck. I've called and e-mailed. We're staying at BC 5/7-5/14 and according to the WDW website, there is at least a room only ressie available. I priced out what a package could be and we would probably save about $400 over our current AAA price. The problem is that I can't do anything since AAA "owns" the ressie and WDW can't change it. What do I do? I'm hesitant to go through another AAA agent in the office, because even though mine is not great, she's 100% better than the others. I'm so bummed because I have a bunch of stuff to do today and won't really be able to spend much more time with this. Any advice would be great

I am in the same boat as you, I emailed my AAA TA yesterday afternoon and I haven't heard from her either. I am wishing now that I would have booked on my own, but I wanted the dining plan and in order to get the AAA rate with the dining I had to use a AAA agent.

I would call Disney on your own and book it yourself if it is a better deal then cancel with AAA. If you want you can transfer your new reservations with AAA.
