Any update on census workers called

I had a call before the holidays to see if I was interested in any future work. I see it will be by how many returns come back and the needs. I was never hired the first round?
Never got called for work anywhere in our area, Maybe they had others already hired?

I scored exceptional and have excellant clearences. I could not believe the woman next to me was taking her 5th test, passed by 1 question because of her lack of english to understand the questions, But then she was hired? I would think it would be needed to understand the english forms.
