Is there any truth in this:

If you are in Disney and book your next on-property vacation with them while you're down there that you will recieve a discount?

if you receive a "bounceback offer" in your room - yes, you will receive a discount based on the offer you receive. there is no rhyme or reason to who gets the offers - you might and you might not.

And if it's not in your room ask at the front desk. I've never had the flyer in my room, but have gotten it at the desk on two different visits.

This is correct. Sometimes they have a little advertisement for it but if there isn't one in your room, you can still get the bounceback offer. I think it just has to be booked while your still on property.

It depends on what is being offered. I have been the last 3 years (end of Sept/early Oct) and each time I was offered free dining. Last year, it was the counter service one if you stayed at the values. The 2 years before, I got sit down meals for free.

The key is you MUST book it before you leave. You can't call from home, so be sure you have an idea of when you can go next. (there were black out dates I believe on the flyer)

Also watch the Resort TV channel and sometimes a slide will come up that says, "Call #XXXX for a Hot Deal!" and that's the number to book bounceback. The times I've seen it, the number was 8844 (from your room phone), but it could change at any time, of course.

Just got back staying in the Boardwalk Villas and the in room offer was 40% off villas or select deluxe resorts, a lot of different dates through the end of the year.
