I wish some of the older PHD shows were still on. My first DS loved JoJo and the Wiggles and Bear in the Big Blue House. I hate that those are gone. My DS who is 20 mos like Mickey Mouse Clunhouse, but that's it. I try to get him to watch Oso, Manny andLittle Einsteins, but he just doesn't care for those. He'd much rather watch sesame street any day.

But, for P&F- all of my boys (DH too) would go anywhere for them!!

I was sad when they got rid of Stanley! DD was a tiny thing and would wake up at the crack of dawn and I could always count on that show, LOL!

I hear both of you....eventhough both of my girls don't watch PHD anymore, they still talk about the shows that they used to watch when they did. My oldest DD (now 8) LOVED Rollie Pollie Ollie....we had lots of books and some toys with these little robots, and she also loved Bear in the Big Blue House....she used to beg me to buy the VHS tapes with the different shows and then when she was 2 his live on stage came to our hometown so we HAD to go see him....then my DD6 would be glued to the t.v. whenever Mickey Mouse Clubhouse was on (I know that show is still running, but it was still cute to watch her get involved with it).

Re: character changes - Glad to hear Manny and Oso should be joining the crew. Sounds like this will be our TS meal at HS in November.

Re: old shows - I wish Disney would do a 24hour preschool channel like Nick and PBS have done to showcase some of their old stuff. I remember watching Stanley, Rolie Polie Olie, and Bear with my niece and nephew, now 12 and 9.

To the poster that mentioned the Wiggles, they are now on Sprout if your cable provider carries it. I guess PBS bought the rights.

I totally agree with you on that one! My son (14) loved Rolie Polie Olie and Bear in the Big Blue House and I would love for my daughter (1) and new little one to watch them as well. Guess it's time to try to check eBay! A preschooler channel would be awesome! I hope they consider something like this in the future.

I do wish they would have had a spot where kids could meet Charlie and Lola.. My daughter LOVES Charlie and Lola! We did manage to find a small little corner in the toy shop in the UK pavilion that sold Charlie and Lola items, though!

I agree with having more preschool shows. My daughter ends up on nick after a certain hour to watch dora, diego, backyardagins, max & ruby and wonderpets because disney only seems to show teenage shows after a certain time. big mistake i think.
